The garden equipment manufacturer and cordless tool specialist STIHL Tirol, a company of the German STIHL Group, is once again giving its workforce a share of the company's operating profit by paying employees a discretionary bonus for 2021. The average gross bonus comes to 1,200 euros. Clemens Schaller, the managing director of STIHL Tirol, emphasises that: "This bonus is a thank you to our team for their exceptional performance and outstanding dedication in a year that was anything but easy due to the pandemic. The success of our site in Langkampfen is only possible thanks to the great commitment of our staff. We greatly appreciate the loyalty and flexibility of our employees. They all guarantee our stable growth."
The discretionary bonus forms part of a package of attractive social and other benefits that STIHL Tirol offers its workforce. These include a company pension scheme, a range of fitness offerings, a discretionary travel allowance, STIHL garden tool rental for private use and a company restaurant with discounted meal prices.
